When are your body butters made?
Every Gavi Essentials body butter is handcrafted after your order is received.
We intentionally prepare our products to order because we believe freshness and thoughtful craftsmanship are worth the extra care.
Why don't you keep large amounts of inventory?
Rather than mass-producing products, we prefer to handcraft each order specifically for the customer.
This approach allows us to focus on quality, freshness, and consistency.
What sizes are available?
Our body butters are available in three thoughtfully named sizes:
Discovery Size - 2 oz (TSA-Compliant)
Everyday Size - 4 oz
Family Size - 8 oz (Custom Order with a minimum purchase of two jars)
Are your body butters unisex?
Yes.
Our current body butter collection is thoughtfully formulated for everyone.

Are your products made with organic ingredients?
Yes.
Our formulations are crafted using thoughtfully selected organic ingredients that reflect our commitment to quality and integrity.
Why should I perform a patch test?
Every person's skin is unique.
Even organic ingredients can cause sensitivities for some individuals.
For that reason, we recommend performing a patch test before first use.
Does Au Naturale contain fragrance?
No added fragrance.
Its subtle aroma comes naturally from its carefully selected ingredients.
What makes Lavalyptus different?
Lavalyptus is part of our Botanical Collection, featuring organic lavender and eucalyptus essential oils that create its refreshing botanical character.
It also serves as the foundation for future scented body butters within the Botanical Collection.
Shipping
Why does my body butter arrive cold or frozen?
To help preserve freshness during transit, we carefully prepare each handcrafted body butter for shipment using controlled freezing and thermal packaging.
This process helps maintain product quality while your order travels to you.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Allow your body butter to naturally return to room temperature before opening and using it.
Avoid microwaving or artificially heating the product.
Will freezing affect the quality?
No.
Our freshness-preservation process is designed to protect your handcrafted body butter during shipping.
Natural variations in texture may occur after thawing but do not affect the product's quality or performance.
Future Collections
Will Gavi Essentials offer more products?
Yes.
We are actively researching and developing additional body care formulations.
Every new product will be introduced only when it meets the standards that define Gavi Essentials.
Will there be additional seasonal body butters?
That's our hope.
